From the Chicago Loop, take I-94 Express E, I-94 E, I-57 S, and I-80 W. Take exit 145 from I-80 W onto US-45/South LaGrange Rd. From there turn right onto W 191st St and another right onto Everett Blvd. Clarity Clinic Mokena will be on the left

Please note: Our Mokena clinic is set to open soon. We are not currently taking in-person appointments at this location, but we do offer telehealth/online therapy and psychiatry appointments.
