I am deeply passionate about supporting your journey to self-discovery and emotional well-being. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from DePaul University, where I immersed myself in the study of human behavior and therapeutic techniques.

My approach is rooted in Humanistic and Existential theories, incorporating a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mind-body connection techniques. I emphasize each individual's unique journey, integrating mindfulness to foster self-awareness and holistic growth. This enables clients to make profound personal changes through a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and bodies.

My goal is to guide individuals through moments of uncertainty and exploration, focusing on existential questions and life transitions. My work primarily involves helping adolescents and adults manage anxiety, depression, and the challenges associated with change.
