I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, built on a strong partnership between the client and the therapist. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to work toward growth and healing. Taking the first step toward therapy is a courageous act, and I want to honor the strength it took for you to get here. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I am here to offer care, understanding, and guidance every step of the way. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Gender & Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and my master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago. During graduate school, I interned at Rush University Medical Center in the Women and Children’s Unit, where I provided emotional support, counseling, and crisis intervention to patients and their families navigating medical challenges, childbirth, postpartum concerns, and pediatric illnesses.
