There is a great joy in working with individuals who are learning to understand and navigate ADHD, autism, anxiety, and OCD. By examining and gently challenging the way we think, it becomes possible to shift from feeling stuck to moving forward with intention.
Together, we can explore your values, cultivate self-acceptance, and build compassion as you grow into your most authentic self. This includes developing a personalized action plan that helps balance responsibilities with the things that bring you joy, creating clear and manageable steps toward your goals, and working through the patterns that can make getting started feel so difficult. Emotions are not obstacles -- they are information, and learning to befriend rather than dismiss them is a meaningful part of this work.
Living in a world not designed for neurodiverse minds or marginalized identities can feel isolating, frustrating, and deeply unfair. If any of that resonates, I would love to connect and begin exploring a path from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to thriving and living with greater ease and purpose.
