If You’re Feeling Stuck, You’re Not Alone.
If therapy hasn’t been enough, or you’re feeling overwhelmed trying to manage everything on your own, you’re not alone. Many people reach a point where they need more support, structure, and guidance. That’s exactly what Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs are designed to provide.
You are 18+ and:
Many of our clients are:
PLEASE NOTE: Our PHP/IOP programs do not treat individuals with active substance addiction or non-stabilized eating disorders. Clarity Clinic specializes in treating mood and other mental health disorders, such as depression and anxiety, and offers care for individuals in recovery.
PHP (Partial Hospitalization) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient) are structured mental health programs that provide several hours of support each week, without requiring an overnight stay.
Think of it as a step between weekly therapy and inpatient care.
When weekly therapy isn’t enough, PHP and IOP provide more structure, support, and consistency, with minimal disruption to your daily routine.
If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mood-related disorders, we know it can feel overwhelming and difficult to manage. These programs are designed to help you stabilize, build skills, and move forward with more clarity and support.
What you can expect:
You’ll get the level of care you need, without stepping away from your life.
Our highest level of outpatient care

A step below PHP in intensity

Starting a higher level of care can feel intimidating, but many people are surprised by how supportive, structured, and manageable it actually feels.
In PHP or IOP, you can expect:
You’ll still go home at the end of the day, but with more tools, support, and direction than weekly therapy alone can provide.
Here’s a simplified look at what your week may include:
Our programs are designed to give you more support, structure, and guidance than weekly therapy, while still allowing you to live at home and maintain your daily routine.
Here’s what your care may include:
Evidence-based sessions focused on building coping skills, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, and navigating real-life challenges.
Dedicated one-on-one time with a therapist to focus on your personal goals, challenges, and progress.
Psychiatric support and medication adjustments (when appropriate) to help stabilize symptoms and support your progress.
Optional family sessions and education to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create a more supportive home environment.
Your care is tailored to you - there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Your plan evolves as you make progress.
Morning, afternoon, and evening program options (varies by location) so you can get the support you need without putting your life completely on hold.
Starting a higher level of care can feel like a big step, but we’re here to make the process simple, supportive, and clear.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll guide you through each step.

Start with a simple phone call. You’ll speak with a Clarity Clinic Intake Coordinator who will:
We’ll also help you schedule your complimentary intake evaluation.

Next, you’ll complete a 60–90 minute evaluation (virtual or in-person). This helps us:
Your intake evaluation is not billed, and is designed to give you clarity, not pressure.

If PHP or IOP is a good fit, you’ll begin your program with a dedicated care team. You’ll receive:
All within a supportive environment designed to help you move forward with confidence.
You don’t have to figure this out alone, we’ll help you every step of the way.
At Clarity Clinic, success isn’t defined by attendance or program completion, it’s defined by real clinical improvement.
We measure progress using validated tools like the PHQ-9 & GAD-7, which assess depression and anxiety severity over time.
Our focus is simple:
In 2025, 81% of patients in our Adult PHP and IOP programs showed clinically significant improvement in the symptoms that brought them to treatment, including depression, anxiety, and related mood concerns.
Improvement was measured using standardized clinical assessments, not just participation.
These outcomes place Clarity Clinic at or above commonly reported industry benchmarks, while helping patients feel more stable, supported, and prepared to move forward without hospitalization.

We understand how personal and vulnerable this process can feel. That’s why we’ve built our programs around individualized care, connection, and compassion.

My depression had reached a point where daily life felt incredibly difficult, and thoughts of self-harm were persistent. Through PHP/IOP, I gained and strengthened coping skills that significantly reduced my symptoms. I now feel like I can live my life again. The team at Clarity Clinic was professional, supportive, and truly cared throughout the entire process.

I was very hesitant to start PHP and wasn’t sure it was the right step for me. But once I began, I quickly realized how helpful it was to be in a supportive, non-judgmental group with others who understood what I was going through. I now feel more confident, more connected, and better equipped to manage challenges, and I’m really glad I gave it a chance.
