My approach to therapy is easygoing, collaborative, and strengths-based. I focus on creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and where we can work together to better understand what they’re experiencing and what changes they want to make in their lives.
I am a bilingual mental health therapist who has been working in the field since 2007. I have experience working with both minors and adults and supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I also have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, including individuals navigating the process of coming out to loved ones.
Clients often describe me as warm, empathetic, and easy to talk to. I enjoy getting to know the full person beyond the challenges that bring them into therapy - including the interests, passions, and experiences that make them who they are.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a big sports fan and a proud spooky enthusiast. I always enjoy hearing what clients like to do outside of therapy as well, whether that’s hobbies, activities, or the things that help them recharge.
