In addition to being a psychologist, I am also a certified personal trainer. As a result, I fully embrace the inextricable connection between the body and the mind, creating a holistic approach to well-being. I use this knowledge to assist his clients in leading the healthiest physical and psychological lives they can. I have even worked with individual adult athletes and high school teams as a sports psychologist, focusing on performance enhancement. I utilize a combination of Non-Violent Communication, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused therapies in a collaborative effort with my clients to help them reach their personal goals.
I have over 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist. During this time, I’ve served a wide demographic of clients of all ages and from all walks of life. I’ve worked in community mental health agencies, inpatient and outpatient settings, medical facilities, health and fitness organizations, and faith-based counseling programs. I have extensive experience in anger management, domestic violence, high conflict divorce, custody issues and forensic psychology. I have guest lectured at Fortune 500 companies and major universities. I have also provided continuing education to family and criminal courts.
