Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they want to change, such as overthinking, reacting quickly, or feeling overwhelmed by emotion. Some have tried therapy before and left feeling validated but without the practical tools needed to create meaningful change. Therapy can offer both understanding and direction.
This work focuses on building awareness, accountability, and action. Together, we make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface while identifying the patterns that keep things feeling stuck. From there, practical strategies are developed that can be used in real time to help you feel more grounded, capable, and in control.
I have worked with both adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions related to neurodiversity. Our sessions often explore what happens before, during, and after difficult moments so responses can become clearer and new options become possible.
My approach with clients is active, collaborative, and direct, while remaining supportive and nonjudgmental. The goal is to move beyond insight alone, turning awareness into meaningful change and building habits that support lasting resilience.
If this approach resonates with you, reaching out is a welcome next step and I look forward to working with you.
