Adult Anxiety Management will incorporate evidence-based skills to support members in managing day-to-day anxiety. The group will provide a safe community space for members to process and apply newly learned tools.
The use of CBT & DBT methods, such as challenging negative automatic thoughts and learning distress tolerance skills, will support members in having greater confidence to face life on life’s terms.
