What I love most about my career is the continuous opportunity to learn from people, gaining new perspectives and insights that not only enrich my understanding of the human experience but also fuel my growth as a therapist, fostering a dynamic and empathetic approach to helping others navigate their unique journeys.
As an incoming therapist, I am committed to helping those through life’s challenges while fostering an environment that encourages self-discovery, self-reflection, and growth. I have extensive training with a master’s degree in clinical psychology and an incoming doctoral PsyD degree through Adler University. My clinical experience spans from inpatient treatment to medical centers and private practices. During my academic journey, I have engaged in extensive research focusing on clinical care with MENA (Middle Eastern North African) and African American populations, clinical experience in trauma-focused therapy, and neuropsychological assessment.
In addition to a master’s degree in clinical psychology, I am completing my doctoral PsyD degree through Adler university with an emphasis in neuropsychology. My passion for neuropsychology has been a driving force in shaping my therapeutic approach. I am particularly drawn to the nuanced complexities of neuropsychological assessment, interpretation, and recognizing the importance of diagnostic clarification, and individualized treatment plans. I believe that by combining my CBT-oriented therapeutic style with a foundation in neuropsychology, I can offer a personalized approach to patients seeking support on their journey to mental well-being.
