I understand that each of us come with a unique set of life experiences that have shaped who we are today. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are in your journey and walk with you through it all —the highs, the lows, and everything in between. I believe that true healing begins in an environment where you feel safe, heard, and understood. That’s why I am dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming space where you can express yourself openly, without fear of judgment.

My approach to treatment will be personalized and holistic because I recognize that no two individuals are alike. I focus on developing treatment plans that reflect my patient's specific needs, goals, and values. This may include a combination of medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, mindfulness practices, and self-care strategies— all designed to help you achieve balance and well-being. You are the expert of your own life and my role is to guide you through the process of making informed decisions about your mental health.

As a state-licensed and nationally certified Physician Assistant with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University School of Medicine, I bring a comprehensive clinical background to the table. With experience in both emergency medicine and psychiatry, I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to developing treatment plans. I find working in psychiatry deeply rewarding, and I’ve been fortunate to work with individuals of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults.

My areas of interest include but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, sleep disorders, and eating disorders. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that is as unique as you are, and I will be there every step of the way.
