Finding help surrounding mental health needs can be a daunting task. It is my goal to create a space where patients can share their experiences and concerns without judgment. I take time to listen before starting a treatment plan, taking time to ask questions to help better understand each patient’s needs. I think it is critical for both the patient and myself to be involved in the creation of their treatment plan. It is my goal for the patient to leave an appointment with a solid understanding of the treatment plan and the confidence to take the appropriate steps to achieve success.
