Meaningful change is said to occur on the basis of a simple conversation. Therapy, a special kind of conversation, is about finding the words to express our experiences. Therapy is most productive when guided by a shared willingness to be reflective, playful, and unapologetically curious. Theoretically, I pull from psychodynamic, existential, and postmodern perspectives. I view the therapeutic relationship as a means towards self-discovery, healing and growth. I work with individuals with a variety of presenting concerns, including relationships, attachment, depression, anxiety, panic, adjustment, ambivalence, and existential. I warmly welcome people from all backgrounds and all ways of being in the world.
