My specialties and interests are cultural, gender, and other identities. These are important to me as I too am bicultural and trilingual. My work begins with helping you to remember your strengths and help you establish overall goals. We then explore a therapy plan together and use evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. We can also pull in other aspects based on your interests and strengths through drawing, guided imagery, writing, role-play, movement, and art to access all parts of the brain and body.
