Therapy is a space to not feel so alone in our experiences and to create a zest for more connected relationships beyond the therapy room. I am committed to working together to create a therapeutic space that encourages curiosity, compassion and change. Together, we can clarify your values and opportunities to move closer to them. Recognizing the uniqueness of each client, I bring my extensive training in evidence-based therapies and effective interventions to listen to your needs so we can together create a plan for what works best for you. I completed my undergraduate degree at Saint Louis University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My treatment specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). I’ve worked with youth and adult clients and their loved ones from diverse backgrounds in a variety of settings including higher level of care eating disorder treatment, and individual outpatient counseling. Together we have navigated struggles with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, disordered eating and eating disorders, and life stressors.
