The therapy process is unique to every individual due to their experiences, how they process emotions, and why we make certain decisions. My goal is to provide individuals a space where you can feel supported, heard, and understood on the challenges they are struggling with.

Whether it’s working with Children, Adolescents, Couples, and Families, I am here to understand who and what made you who you are. I am here to be a guide, coach, and support in this journey where we can work together to achieve your goals. In this journey together, we will confront issues and create new and healthier patterns.

I am a Therapy Clinic Intern completing my final year of my Master’s Degree in the Couples and Family Counseling graduate program at Northeastern Illinois University. While I gravitate towards Solution- Focused Brief Therapy, Strength-based, Person-Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I will utilize different evidence-based approaches that best suit the individual.
