Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, understood, and supported—and it’s my aim to offer a therapeutic space where healing can unfold through authentic relationship. As a psychodynamic therapist and social worker, I am committed to walking alongside my clients with compassion, curiosity, and presence. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Chicago, where I focused on trauma-responsive care and developed the tools to support individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and lived experiences. My approach to therapy is integrative and grounded in psychodynamic theory, while also drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I strive to offer culturally attuned and individualized care that meets clients where they are. Whether in individual or group settings, my work is centered on building insight, fostering emotional resilience, and creating a safe, collaborative space for healing. Thank you for being here. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.
