With an undergraduate degree from Denison University and a Master’s in Counseling from DePaul University, I am deeply committed to aiding individuals impacted by various mental health conditions. At Clarity Clinic, I've honed skills in group work, intake interviews, family meetings, and individual sessions.

My clientele span those affected by depression, anxiety, substance use, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and autism spectrum disorder, among others. Proficient in CBT and DBT modalities, I prioritize a client-oriented therapy approach, meeting clients where they are and offering psychoeducation and targeted interventions to broaden their understanding and achieve treatment goals.
